Article Seven
THE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
7.01
Are entitled to initiate the process of constitutional amendment:
7.01.01
The Emperor.
7.01.02
The Kings in the Empire.
7.01.03
The Council of Junkers.
7.01.03.01
In the case of item 6.01.03, the amendment proposal will not be put to vote unless subscribed by simple majority.
7.02
The amendment shall not be approved by less than 3/4 members of the Council of Junkers.
7.03
After the approval in the Council of Junkers, the amendment shall be enacted directly by the Kings in the Empire and sent for final approval of the Emperor.
7.04
No proposal of amendment shall be considered if aiming to abolish:
7.04.01
The monarchical form of government.
7.04.02
The confederate form of State.
7.04.03
The parliamentary system of government.
7.04.04
The Bill of Rights.
7.05
The Constitution must be reviewed, if necessary, each five years. The revision must be approved by simple majority of the Council of Junkers.
7.06
All laws passed under the previous constitution shall be placed under provisional status until such time as they can be reviewed and amended by the Council of Junkers.
