With the ratification of the third constitution, the powers and position of the Prime Minister have ceased and been replaced with the Twin Crowns. The new Constitution transforms the North American Confederation into a Constitutional Diarchy, with the political powers vested into two "Kings in the Confederation". The Emperor shall retain all of his Imperial titles and be vested with the powers and authority of the Senior Crown as His Imperial and Royal Majesty William I von Hartmann-Peters, North American Emperor and King in the Confederation. And Rev. Joseph Marx, who ceased his Prime Minister position at 5:59 PM EST, has been crowned as His Royal Majesty Joseph I Marx, King in the Confederation.
The new Constitution also saw the abolition of the North American Senate as a legislative power, in its place a similar body comprised of Junkers (North American homeowners and family leaders) called the Council of Junkers. This body shall act as the primary judicial body and the determinate of Constitutionality and legality of Royal actions. The Crowns shall inform the new Council members of their position and responsibilities upon completion of an impromptu census.
The Crowns have already planned several important reforms, including modifying current law to match the new Constitution, as well as finishing flag reform and few economic measures that the previous Constitution made too difficult to pass and activity issues began to multiply.
