City of Wright, Commonwealth of Greene
Prime Minister Marx, acting in his capacity as the Provisional Archon of the Commonwealth of Greene, released a draft of the Commonwealth's state charter, which, when passed, shall act as the supreme law within the Commonwealth; as well as a territorial emergency act to answer political issues developing in the Amfield Township.
Drafted by the Prime Minister, with the assistance of the Deputy Prime Minister McCollum, the Commonwealth Charter will represent the first non-provisional state government within the Confederation, following the admission of Acrin last year.
The draft is currently under observation and discussion in the Commonwealth citizenry forum, where citizens shall have the freedom to discuss and make suggestive alterations to the document. The charter will also be made available for public viewing during this process. When the citizens of the Commonwealth are happy with any alterations, the document will be voted upon and passed.
In addition, the Prime Minister released the Amfield Emergency Act, a state provision whereby the Commonwealth will relinquish claims to Amfield Township near the Columbus, Ohio area. This is due to political and social instabilities in the region that would make governance of the township under the new charter unfeasible. The Prime Minister has already put the Emergency Act under a vote.
The bills can be seen publicly in the links down below, and the Office of the Prime Minister has invited all questions to be directed towards their email at [email protected].
