Victors of this session include the Constitutionalist Party, whose proposal for a codified Constitution has been a central tenet of the nation's right-wing party, as well as the Marx government, whose economic policies and goals have been furthered with the nationalization of the College, legitimization of the Minister of Finance, and the suspension of the House, placing the government one step closer to ending their provisional status.
